I come from a family of medics of various specialisms. One of my earliest memories is learning how to use doc leaves to treat nettle stings, I did my degree in the history and philosophy of medicine and wrote a book on the subject. For that reason, there are two recordings here. I'd recommend you listen to the longer one the first time and also occasionally when you have the time to go back to it, because the body loves trance when it is recovering and because the more time spent meditating on your good health, the better. The shorter recording is included so you can drop in frequently. Every day is fine, if you have the time - no one ever overdosed on hypnosis.
It should go without saying that you should continue to have any illness monitored by your doctor, and don't give up your pills until you and you are both certain that your health is robust.
